TOWN PROPERTY FOR SALE- That eligibly situated property on corner of Hellems avenue and Division street, comprising butcher shop, double and single dwellings and barns, &c., will be offered for sale by auction at court house, Welland, on Wednesday next, at 1 p.m., by John R. HAMILTON PUTMAN, who last week sold his property on Albina street to Mrs. Robins, has bought a lot on Merritt street from Mr. Misener of Wainfleet. The property is opposite A.O. Beatty’s residence. Mr. Putman intends building on the lot. In referring to the improvement to be made in the house bought by Mrs. Robins, in Tuesday’s issue, we were misinformed as to Mr. Cutler having the contract, as it had been awarded to Geo. A. Ellsworth.
